100 Flowers

Bluebonnets. Cactus fir.
R only believes
in bar  hookups.
S has an
aversion    to “tools.”
Bless the pocket
prairie.     The biases.
The saps   of
maple.      H is
on T — doesn’t
want to look
like that.  Bio.
Diversity.       The lilies
were not  enough.
Z has   a
lipstick affinity  after
five drinks. Can’t
stand the mirror.
Schism. Nitrogen. Peas.
Petty       and proud
the blossom. Larger
than a  single
aster. The competition
of opinion shows
an  ecosystem thriving.
